I launched Run Marco as the initial product, still available at runmarco.com, and used the delivery, UX, and product feedback from that release to inform the next company direction.
I led business, product, and technical strategy for the pivot into a platform that generated React, Next.js, and React Native applications.
I built a delivery method that moved product ideas through UX, architecture, implementation, and launch readiness in weeks.
I developed onboarding and training practices that helped junior developers and software enthusiasts become productive quickly.
