I am an AI solution architect and technology leader. My work spans customer discovery, technical pre-sales, product strategy, architecture, and hands-on engineering. Across more than 30 years, I have shaped and built products in enterprise AI, application development, education, and medical imaging, staying responsible for both product direction and implementation.
How I work
I enjoy both the customer conversation and the engineering that follows. I examine workflows, data, integration needs, and constraints; explain feasibility and trade-offs; and connect the resulting architecture to implementation. Product ownership runs through that work: deciding which needs to address, prioritising capabilities, and turning project-specific requirements into a platform that can serve more customers.
I work directly with customers to understand their operations, identify useful AI opportunities, and shape practical technical proposals. I enjoy explaining what is feasible and connecting business needs with a solution the team can deliver.
My work at UBITECH runs on Azure; at Allcancode I worked across Google Cloud Platform, AWS, and Azure. I collaborate directly with Microsoft architects, partner teams, and sales teams, a relationship that began at Allcancode. I connect cloud architecture with customer workflows, enterprise integrations, and practical delivery constraints.
I built Gaia for UBITECH. It is UBITECH's enterprise agentic AI platform, with the team supporting testing and maintenance. Customer requirements inform its shared capabilities for agent workflows, model and tool execution, document processing, evaluation, observability, and governance.
I stay close to implementation, from early prototypes and enterprise integrations to the reusable frameworks beneath applications. Engineering and product judgment reinforce each other as a solution takes shape.
I carry product decisions through to delivery: understanding users, setting direction, prioritising capabilities, and balancing customer needs with a reusable platform. Gaia, Allcancode, Run Marco, and Evorad connect that ownership with architecture, hands-on engineering, and founder responsibility.
A lot of my product taste was formed in 3D, CAD, MRI visualization, medical image processing, and simulation: places where precision and reliability are inseparable.
Career
My work spans banking and financial systems, healthcare, telecommunications, retail, supply chain, industrial applications, education, and scientific visualization. That experience informs how I approach unfamiliar business processes and connect technical choices with operational needs.
2024 - Present
UBITECH
I built Gaia for UBITECH and shape its product direction around customer needs. My work runs on Azure and includes direct collaboration with Microsoft architects, partner teams, and sales teams. Customer discovery and technical pre-sales inform solution architecture and reusable platform capabilities.
2014 - 2024
Allcancode Inc.
I owned product and technology direction from Run Marco to the Allcancode development platform, working across GCP, AWS, and Azure. My direct collaboration with Microsoft architects, partner teams, and sales teams began here. I combined platform architecture with client delivery across operational automation, commerce integrations, and web and mobile applications.
2006 - 2011
Evorad S.A.
I combined product ownership, company leadership, and hands-on engineering to build regulated medical imaging software, bringing radiology workflows, advanced 2D and 3D visualization, and certification into one product.
1991 - 2005
Banking, engineering, media, and visualization
Before that, I led and built systems for banking, supply chain, industrial automation, CAD, VFX, and scientific visualization.
The longer story
My timeline begins with a Philips Videopac, Cartridge 9, and a P2000T. It follows the machines, constraints, and product questions that led from those first experiments to the work I do now.
What's in the name
The name carries the precision of pixels into depth, structure, and the tactile logic of voxels.
It reflects the attention to product choices that grew from years in visual computing, while leaving room for a personal 3D project still taking shape.
