From AI experiments to operational products
What changes when AI moves beyond pilots into owned workflows, measurable outcomes, operating controls, and continuous improvement.
Speaking
I speak about the point where ambitious technology meets product and organizational reality: how teams build, govern, evaluate, and improve systems that people are expected to rely on.
Topics
What changes when AI moves beyond pilots into owned workflows, measurable outcomes, operating controls, and continuous improvement.
How tools, models, context, permissions, evaluation, and observability come together when agents become long-lived systems.
Why trustworthy AI depends on practical product and engineering choices rather than policy documents alone.
Lessons from visual computing, medical software, developer platforms, and AI about what changes—and what remains durable—in product work.
