> Product case studies from Kostas Karolemeas spanning enterprise agentic AI, developer platforms, education, regulated medical imaging, and the shared architecture beneath those products.

Platform foundations represented across the work:

- **Flex** (ABC / Web applications, Early web era): At ABC, I developed Flex, a deliberately simpler web framework with component and application patterns now familiar from Angular or React. It hid the complexity of Java 1.1-era components so junior developers could contribute to complex web applications.
- **Jfx** (Evorad / RIS-PACS, 2006 - 2011): At Evorad, I developed Jfx, a full-stack framework that became the shared technical foundation of the Evorad RIS-PACS product.
- **Application foundation** (Allcancode / Product generation, 2014 - 2024): At Allcancode, I built a common application foundation that operated as the framework beneath the platform, keeping generated products and developer workflows consistent.
- **AI engine** (Gaia at UBITECH / Agentic AI, 2024 - Present): For Gaia at UBITECH, I am building and evolving the AI engine that serves as the shared runtime for the product's agents, workflows, tools, evaluations, and governance capabilities.

- [Allcancode](https://www.voxelperfect.com/work/allcancode/index.md): 2014 - 2024; Founder, CEO, CTO at Allcancode Inc.. Allcancode started with Run Marco and later became a hybrid no-code, low-code, and pro-code platform for moving from product idea to working web or mobile application much faster.
- [Evorad](https://www.voxelperfect.com/work/evorad/index.md): 2006 - 2011; Co-founder, CEO, CTO at Evorad S.A.. Evorad still operates today, though the product offered now is similar rather than identical to the version I built. My chapter there was a deep dive into regulated medical software, advanced 2D and 3D imaging, radiology workflow, and telemedicine architecture.
