# Gaia

> Gaia is the UBITECH product I am currently building: a governed platform for building, operating, observing, and evaluating enterprise AI agents and AI applications.

- Organization: UBITECH

## Product challenge

I am building Gaia while working at UBITECH. The product challenge is not only making agents run; it is making their work clear enough that teams can evaluate, improve, govern, and ship them.

## Product pillars

- **AI TRiSM:** governance and risk operating model
- **Multi-model:** OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Mistral and more
- **Glassbox:** transparent, configurable co-development

## Leadership scope and key decisions

- I architect and evolve Gaia's core AI engine: the shared runtime beneath workflow design, model and tool execution, document work, evaluations, and governance controls.
- I connect business, risk, and engineering teams around shared artifacts, runtime traces, review packages, and release evidence.
- I bridge frontier AI capabilities with enterprise expectations for access control, auditability, policy enforcement, and repeatable delivery.

## Craft involved

Agent workflow design, Governance workspace, Evaluation systems, Observability, AI engine architecture, Delivery evidence, Enterprise AI adoption

## Evidence and lasting outcomes

- A product story that treats AI agents as long-lived operational systems rather than prototypes.
- A co-development model where teams can inspect, configure, evaluate, and improve agent behavior.
- A clearer way to talk about governance, epistemic control, and the craft of AI engineering.
